What is your Role in the business:

I ensure the team runs smoothly, I delegate tasks and ensure they have the tools and equipment required to complete the work. I liaise with management, raising issues or process changes.

What makes F.B & Sons an enjoyable workplace:

The business is family oriented and a great place to work, they have realistic expectations on the quantity or work and working within a great team is always a pleasure. Everyday is different and I have learnt a huge amount of additional skills and continue to learn to deliver the great work we always do.

What do you enjoy outside of work:

I particularly enjoy fishing and gaming, I like spending time with my young family and socialising with friends or sharing some stories over some great food.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time:

I will be overseeing entire jobs and taking on more responsibility within the business, I want to continue to grow and develop my skillsets in the industry along side managerial skills to work through the ranks.
