About the Role
In this dynamic role, you'll be entrusted with the meticulous care of gardens through comprehensive maintenance rounds, you'll be expected handling tasks ranging from precision mowing and expert strimming to weeding, planting, and hedge cutting. From assisting with decking and paving projects to vibrant planting schemes and captivating water features, your creative touch will bring outdoor spaces to life.
Your responsibilities extend beyond routine maintenance, involving immersive visits to both new and existing customers throughout the UK. You'll play a pivotal role in elevating the aesthetic and functional aspects of domestic and commercial gardens alike. This will include the seamless execution of challenging hard and soft landscaping projects, crafting inviting hard landscape features that redefine outdoor spaces, and ensuring the upkeep of them. At F.B & Sons, we offer a minimum of 24 hours per week, with additional hours as needed. Competitive pay starting from £11.55 per hour, pro-rata holiday, pension, training opportunities, and staff team building days are just a few of the perks of joining our team.

Previous experience in horticulture or landscaping is essential.
