Service Description
Make better use of the approach to your home with a driveway planned around parking, access and the character of the property. We discuss suitable surface options and the finish you want, rather than treating every driveway as the same job. Site preparation, levels, drainage and access are considered before we provide a project-specific quotation. Tell us about the existing surface and any practical problems you want to resolve. Local quotation visits from £12 including VAT (£10 + VAT). This is the starting visit fee, not the cost of the driveway. The final visit fee and scope are confirmed before booking. Based in Rubery, we work across Birmingham, Solihull and Worcestershire. Landscaping projects further afield in mainland UK can be discussed. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Bookings, payment and cancellation Please give at least seven days' written notice if you need to cancel a confirmed booking. We may also cancel with seven days' written notice. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are unaffected. If you ask us to begin a service during a statutory cooling-off period, we will obtain any consent required by law first. A design consultation is a one-hour site visit with a designer. We discuss your aims and assess key measurements, soil, light and site conditions, then provide a detailed client brief and proposal for the design fees. A quotation visit covers measurements and your requirements; afterwards we provide a digital proposal with a detailed scope of work, itemised materials and a fixed labour cost. Visit fees are due within 24 hours after the visit. If you proceed with a quotation within 14 days of the proposal date, we credit the quotation visit fee. An enablement payment covers project planning and organisation. The enablement service is complete when we offer you a work schedule and you accept it. Once that service has been completed, its payment is not refundable. Material deposits and other payments are refundable, less reasonable costs already incurred, including non-returnable materials ordered for your project and out-of-pocket expenses, where the law permits.
