Service Description
Improve the privacy and character of your garden with fencing and gates chosen for the site. We discuss styles, heights, posts and access, whether you need a replacement boundary or a new arrangement as part of a wider garden project. A site assessment helps identify ground conditions, existing fencing and the work needed. Removal of old materials and any additional work are set out in the quotation so the scope is clear. Local quotation visits from £12 including VAT (£10 + VAT). This is the starting visit fee, not the cost of the fence. We confirm the visit type and fee before booking. We work across Birmingham, Solihull and Worcestershire, and can discuss fencing within larger mainland UK landscaping projects. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Bookings, payment and cancellation Please give at least seven days' written notice if you need to cancel a confirmed booking. We may also cancel with seven days' written notice. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are unaffected. If you ask us to begin a service during a statutory cooling-off period, we will obtain any consent required by law first. A design consultation is a one-hour site visit with a designer. We discuss your aims and assess key measurements, soil, light and site conditions, then provide a detailed client brief and proposal for the design fees. A quotation visit covers measurements and your requirements; afterwards we provide a digital proposal with a detailed scope of work, itemised materials and a fixed labour cost. Visit fees are due within 24 hours after the visit. If you proceed with a quotation within 14 days of the proposal date, we credit the quotation visit fee. An enablement payment covers project planning and organisation. The enablement service is complete when we offer you a work schedule and you accept it. Once that service has been completed, its payment is not refundable. Material deposits and other payments are refundable, less reasonable costs already incurred, including non-returnable materials ordered for your project and out-of-pocket expenses, where the law permits.
