Service Description
Refresh tired borders or bring a new garden to life with planting suited to the space. We consider light, soil, exposure and how much ongoing care you want, alongside colour, texture and seasonal interest. Our team can discuss preparing beds, sourcing and planting trees, shrubs and perennials, or planting suitable plants you already have. The agreed proposal explains what is included and the care new planting will need to establish. Local quotation visits from £12 including VAT (£10 + VAT). This is the starting visit fee, not the cost of planting or materials. The final visit fee is confirmed before booking. We work locally across Birmingham and the West Midlands, with planting as part of mainland UK design and landscaping projects by arrangement. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Bookings, payment and cancellation Please give at least seven days' written notice if you need to cancel a confirmed booking. We may also cancel with seven days' written notice. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, are unaffected. If you ask us to begin a service during a statutory cooling-off period, we will obtain any consent required by law first. A design consultation is a one-hour site visit with a designer. We discuss your aims and assess key measurements, soil, light and site conditions, then provide a detailed client brief and proposal for the design fees. A quotation visit covers measurements and your requirements; afterwards we provide a digital proposal with a detailed scope of work, itemised materials and a fixed labour cost. Visit fees are due within 24 hours after the visit. If you proceed with a quotation within 14 days of the proposal date, we credit the quotation visit fee. An enablement payment covers project planning and organisation. The enablement service is complete when we offer you a work schedule and you accept it. Once that service has been completed, its payment is not refundable. Material deposits and other payments are refundable, less reasonable costs already incurred, including non-returnable materials ordered for your project and out-of-pocket expenses, where the law permits.
